It is with great pleasure that we share our experiences and recommendation for KidWorks USA. As a family of 6 (both of us working full-time) and with no one other than each other to take care of our kids, it was evident that we needed to find an alternate source for our childcare needs, especially if we were ever going to have the type of life we both aspired to have, for ourselves and for our children.
Coming from a deeply instilled "family" approach to caring for our children we were adamant to find something much more than just a childcare provider. Whoever we chose to care for and guide our children's path needed to more like family than an establishment. After months of field visits, endless tours and countless sales pitches, we discovered KidWorks USA; and, from the moment we began our experience with them we felt like we were home. Today, after 4-years, we can definitely say that we were privileged to have found them.
Below are a few of the reasons we chose, choose and continue to advocate KidWorks as the best choice a family can make when deciding where to entrust their most precious commodity; their children.
- Ownership: The owner is all about the kids, not the money. A visionary in childcare and development...the kids LOVE HIM!
- The Director: Actually listens to thoughts/ideas/concerns, and is proactive in making the school/facility/kids better.
- Staff: Treat the kids like their own with an all-hands on approach to child care and development
- Summer Camp Programs: Creative, affordable and FUN. Our kids love their summers.
- Permanent On-Site Cook serving up those "just like mama meals", everyday.
- Facility: Safe, secure, consistently clean and continually being upgraded (computer labs, library with built-in Dewey decimal system, theater rooms for plays and performances, a large screen for movie days etc etc etc. The list goes on and on.
* Aftercare (The Children's Trust): This is by far one of the greatest assets KidWorks has given our family. Without this program it would be virtually impossible for both parents to work full-time day jobs. Our 4 children get picked-up at their school (at different times) by one of many KidWorks school buses (which are also used to take the kids on field-trips). They are brought to KidWorks; fed, tutored (homework done in aftercare with the guidance of teachers/tutors) and carefully cared for until we arrive at 6:30pm.
* Since homework is done at KidWorks, our family has been able to enjoy evenings in ways that otherwise may not be possible. We now have time for baseball, ballet, hip-hop, reading, movies, family meals together and many other activities which would not have been possible if it weren't for KidWorks.
* It is important to note that all 4 of our children are A/B/Honor students and KidWorks has played a very big role in that.
With all of the above being said, the biggest benefit KidWorks has given us without fail over time is: Peace of Mind. There is no price-tag for that; we know our kids are safe, cared for and learning. We highly recommend KidWorks USA and encourage you take the next step and experience it for yourselves.

 The first day that my husband and I walked in the doors of Kidworks USA, I had this warmth on the inside of my heart. I still remember the first day that I met Mrs. Barbie, she made me feel so comfortable as a first time mother that I was making a great decision. In addition, Mr. Bill, he is so awesome with the children and very approachable.
All of the teachers that my daughter has had at this school are awesome! I cannot begin to describe the warmth that you feel and the fact that the staff is always pleasant.
My daughter has been a part of this school since she was 5 months and now she is 4 years old. My husband and I really LOVE Kid works and I am hoping that one day this school can continue through to 12th grade.

 It has been a true blessing to have found Kidworks USA. Five years ago when my youngest daughter turned 3 years old, I knew it was time for her to leave her nani's house and start going to preschool so she could learn to socialize with other children her age. It was very scary for me but Kidworks made the transition easy. The teachers were very loving and understanding, within a week they had won her over, she loved it. She learned so much she was already reading by the time she was four. When it came time for her to start kindergarten, it was a breeze. She was more than prepared, thanks to Kidworks' VPK program.
Since then both of my girls attend the after school care program as well as the summer camp. The after school care program is great. My daughters are picked up from their school by a Kidworks bus, with seat-belts which is very important. If for some reason one of my girls is not at the bus stop one day, Kidworks will call me to find out why. When the girls arrive they are given a snack, they have homework time, they have PE, and tutoring if necessary. Also a plus is the fact that all those teacher planning days, spring break days, and winter break days that there is no school they get to go to Kidworks and participate in fun day filled with activities. The summers are just as wonderful. Lucky for me I have Kidworks because they may have their summers off but my work schedule does not change. The summer program provides the children with educational field trips, drama classes, physical activity, and self defense lessons and it’s all very affordable thanks to the Children's Trust.
I want to thank all the Kidworks staff and Mr. Bill for giving my girls a wonderful school and giving me the peace of mind of knowing that I can go to work each day and my girls will be well taken care of.

 I was only 15 when I first met Mr. Bill and Barbie. As a high school student I was required to complete "community service" hours at a nearby business. I chose Kidworks! It was the best year of all my high school years. I had the opportunity of working with children, which I loved! I assisted with homework, projects, and planned field trips for my after-school kids.
After completing more than 500 volunteer hours, I was hired as the very first Aftercare Teacher, I was thrilled! I was a part of the Kidworks staff for several years, and now, years later I'm happy to say I continue to be a part of the Kidworks community. Both my children Christopher (4) and Jayden (2) attend Kidworks and have been since they were infants! Kidworks helped mold the woman I am today, and is doing the same with my children. I will continue to be a part of Kidworks for as long as I can. I have seen Kidworks evolve into what it is today, and I'm so excited to see and experience all the years to come!

 It is with great pride that I say my 8 year old twins; Brianna and Amanda have been part of the Kidworks family since they were 2! There is nothing like having a peace of mind when my husband and I are at work knowing that they are safe and being well taken care of.
I praise Kidworks for an amazing VPK program. They went over and beyond to prepare the girls for entering school. This was confirmed and acknowledged when their kindergarten teachers asked where they attended VPK as their reading/writing scores were reflective of a great program. Over the years, the girls have participated in plays, dance numbers, cultural & educational events and have attended countless field trips. Their summer program is fun-filled and affordable. They take part in drama, physical education, anti-bullying courses, arts and crafts and much more. Let’s not forget about the permanent on- staff cook, who whips up home style cooking that my girls love.
Now that the girls are in the aftercare program, it is just as rewarding. They are safely picked up at their school by the Kidworks Express bus and are greeted by a nutritional snack. They begin their homework and have tutoring available throughout the school year. They end the day by burning off some energy in the Kidworks air conditioned gym as they are encouraged to stay healthy and fit.
Mr. Bill (the owner), has really set a high standard for other programs to meet. With this said I highly recommend Kidworks USA and encourage you to experience it for yourselves.

 Hi to all at Kidworks USA!
We are parents of 2 children who have attended Kidworks USA since August of 2007.
My daughter started at this daycare when she was only 2 years 9 months old in the Playful Peanuts Room with Ms. Odalys and Ms. Dinorah. When she first started, as a mom you get all nervous because you are dropping off your little one for the first time to a strange place and not to the same environment she was used to. She walked right in went to the play area looked back at me and smiled and waved and threw me a kiss. I just stood at the door looking at her thru the glass and I started to cry instead of her. That proved to me that I had made the right choice for my daughter when I chose Kidworks as her daycare center.
From that point on she would come home with projects that she did and she would be so proud of what she had accomplished that day. She really looked forward to going each day. As she got older she was changed to the Busy Bees I with Ms. Meyling and Ms. Ody. In this class room she learned stuff that I never thought a child at the age of 3 would be learning. They studied the cycle of the Butterflies and of the Frogs. They got caterpillars and they were placed in Butterfly nest and they watched as the days went by that the caterpillars were getting bigger and then all of a sudden they produced cocoons and then they came out as beautiful butterflies and each child had the experience to hold these butterflies and then watch them take off. From there as she turned 4 she was placed in Busy Bees II with Ms. Amparo and Ms. Virginia and there she was being prepared to go to VPK and they did a magnificent job.
My daughter started VPK as the Class of 2010-2011 and she had one of the best teachers this school has and her name is Mrs. Christina. She is one of the most patient and the most understanding teacher these kids could ever have. She observes each child as they play and learn. This is a Kidworks concept for VPK that the child learns as they play.
My son started on August of 2009 he too just turned around and smiled and said “bye-bye mama,” and with that he played and I cried. He was placed in the Playful Peanuts and he had the same teachers as my daughter, and I
would not have changed that for anything. Now my son is in VPK at Kidworks with Mrs. Christina and with Ms Maria who is a great Spanish Teacher at this school. He too has come a long way, as he has had speech delay, and he is speaking so much better ever since he started at this school thanks to the interaction with the other kids and the teachers.
Now my daughter is in Kindergarten, and she is going to After School at Kidworks USA. This is so convenient for me, because my business is right behind the school and I can pick up my son and daughter together.
For the cost of the after school program, it is really good because they offer the
kids a snack and then they help them with their homework and tutor them
if necessary. They are also going to offer as part of the after school care Martial Arts, Ballet, Jazz and Hip-Hop. They also participate in an hour or so of Physical Education
My kids attended for the first time this year the Summer Camp and had a blast. Everyday they went to the gym where they did fun activities and this kept them physically active. They went on several field trips and they did lots of activities in the classrooms. I will send them next year for the Summer Camp again and I will place them both for next year in the After School Program. They offer their own buses that picks up the kids at school and they are very responsible to make sure that each child they pick up is there and on the bus. Each student is given a code to enter to the System as they check in and with this it assures the school and the parent(s) that the child is in the school. The school has CCTV in each room and in the hallways and parking lots as well.
This is one of the best schools and I and my husband are very glad that we chose it.

 We have been part of the Kidworks USA family for over two years. To describe the environment at Kidworks USA, I use the words: family, friendly, academic, structured, dedicated, and safe. The staff is always positive and looking for ways to continually improve, educate, challenge and engage the children. We are thankful to the teachers, directors, staff and owner for their continual help and guidance over the years.
The teachers and staff look at each child as an individual, with their own strengths and needs. My grandson has been blessed with outstanding teachers who understand his challenges, and handle him with love. It is clear that they truly enjoy working with each and every child but somehow always manage to make him feel that he is special to them. Academically they have prepared him well for his transition to Elementary school.
The staff always greets us with a hello every time we drop off or pick up regardless of how busy they are. It's that type of personal attention that makes us feel completely at ease leaving him in their hands.
In the morning when you drop off your child, the aroma from the kitchen makes you feel like sitting down to eat breakfast or an early lunch, no wonder my picky eater really enjoys the food prepared daily in the school’s kitchen.
Kidworks USA offers an after-school program designed for the Elementary School aged children and is also available on holidays and teacher planning days which helps the working parents. They provide bus pick-up at five local Elementary schools and deliver them safely to Kidworks USA in their own buses. The children have an opportunity to exercise and play sports in the air-conditioned gym; they can socialize, check out a book in the library, have computer time, homework assistance and tutoring by licensed teachers.
And if you need summer camp they offer that too. They have field trips, arts & crafts, anti bullying classes, sports, drama, music, dance and more.
Let’s face it, there are Child Care centers on every corner, but if you live or work in the West Hialeah/Miami Lakes area, look no further, once you have visited Kidworks USA your search will be over, just like ours was two years ago.

 Our son Victor has attended Kidworks USA for two years. When our son was enrolled he was a little hesitant from being away from his family, he spent quite some time crying at the drop off and words cannot express our thanks to the staff for their patience and understanding.
We are very grateful for the loving care and guidance he receives. Our son has been very blessed with excellent teachers which names we must mentioned and give them our sincere thanks and recognition for their great daily performance to Mrs. Odalys, Mrs. Dinorah, Mrs. Ody, Mrs. Meyling and Mrs. Lissette. We also like to thank Johanna and Barbie for their patience in handling all of Mommy’s daily calls asking about Victor.
We would like to give our appreciation for the hard work of the administration and the entire staff in maintaining this facility with an impeccable appearance, a high level of hygiene, the great curriculum trough the whole year and the high quality of food that are provided.

 My name is Rebecca, I am a mother of 3. My oldest Kyle, is 10 years old and has been attending Kidworks USA for 8 years now. My 2 year old, Fabian, and 1 year old, Adrian, are also now fulltime students. Kidworks USA is a wonderful preschool and offers a great learning experience for all children.
Over the years I have only seen and received positive attitudes from the entire staff. The teachers (which I have dealt with quite a few with such an age differences in my children) are well educated, loving and most importantly patient. They have made my kids feel at home and enjoy going to school everyday. Kidworks USA makes learning fun and I have to say they do focus on teaching not babysitting. I am proud and extremely happy to say my kids attend Kidworks USA.

 Our family has been part of the Kidworks USA family since 2003. Our daughter has been attending since she was 1 years old and she is now 9 years old and our son since he was two years old and is now 5 years old. I can truly say that we feel that the Kidworks owner "Mr. Bill" and staff members are part of our family. We feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful place for our children to be cared for.
Our son is now in Kindergarten and our daughter is in 4th grade and both are picked up by the Kidworks Express bus and taken to Kidworks where they are provided with snacks and are helped with their homework and are provided with activities that they love. The peace of mind that we feel knowing that they are well taken care of is priceless.
Like so many other families, we both work full-time and have no one but ourselves to care for our children. Our children both love the field trips and the arts & crafts, drama and we love that they are still being taught so when the new school year comes around, they have not forgotten the basics. This year the children were able to enjoy the Martial Arts Program and were taught how to protect themselves. THEY LOVED IT!

All the classrooms in our facility are literally one hour fire rated envelopes that not only have several fire rated exit doors, but all the windows are designed to serve as fire escapes. All the doors are fitted with a special finger protection device to ensure no little hands or fingers are injured by accident. The ceilings are concert-hall quality to protect those little ears from excessive sounds, with the added benefit of a quiet learning environment. The high efficiency air-conditioning system was designed to continuously remove large volumes of inside air, therefore maximizing an allergen and germ free environment. The entire facility is monitored by an extensive system of closed circuit surveillance cameras, inside and out, which records all the day's activities. Hospital quality, shock proof/child proof electrical outlets are featured to protect the children from accidental electrical shocks. A thick layer or rubber mulch to protect our little ones from those inevitable falls covers the play-park. All children are checked in and out of the facility by the use of a computerized coded system that monitors the entire school.
Nothing is more important than the safety of our children!
Aside from our exceptional safety and learning environment standards, we also strive for excellence in the kitchen as well. Our school features a state of the art air-conditioned kitchen with gleaming stainless steel equipment designed to prepare homemade meals daily for the children at our school.
